Description: **JOB SUMMARY:** Execute the inspection and Quality Control activities on site, to witness test and inspection and/or examination and test items of each phase of RTR Piping work process/activities to ensure that the job is completed within Client�s acceptance criteria and covering specific quality plan. **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Perform visual inspections, dimensional inspection. 2. Implements inspection activities related to non-metallic piping systems in accordance with the QC Plan and Inspection/ Test Procedures. 3. Raises Request for Inspection (RFIs) to the Client Inspectors for Witnessing and/or Hold Points as applicable. 4. Ensure that all pertinent QC records related to Non-metallic piping (RTR) works and necessary documentation are in order. 5. Coordinates with the Client site representative for the schedule of QC Inspection activities of different phases of the work. 6. Maintains a record of job specification and/or acceptance criteria of the items they cover for inspection 7. Review quality records summaries and their traceability by system, part or area of plant as required for documentation to be handed over to client. 8. Maintains a record of job specification and/or acceptance criteria of the items they cover for inspection. **SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Update as built drawings 2. Perform Punch listing operations **WORK EXPERIENCE:** 5 years experience in the field of structural Steel Fabrication and erection supervision in Gas & Oil and Petrochemical plant and at least two (2) in inspection activities. **OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:** Must have knowledge in the test of piping systems, such as Pressure tests, gravity test and other related testing as required by the contract. Must be competent in the Industry Codes, Standards such as; Uniform Plumbing Codes(UPC), API, ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASTM D4024, AWWA C950 Possess good command of English communication both oral and in writing **ACADEMIC EDUCATION:** B. S. / Mechanical Engineering Graduate ; Diploma in Mechanical Engineering **TRAININGS:** ISO 9001 Training **COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE:** Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook is required
