Description: <p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p>
<p>Be responsible for follow up and supervision for Electrical and Instrumentation construction, installation, hook-up, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Ensure that the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) works performed complies with contract specification and quality requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering - Minimum 5 years working experience in EPCs/Oil and Gas industry.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Must have good verbal and written communication skills to interface and communicate with internal and external departments, agencies; contractors and vendors.</p>
</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement daily electrical and instrument inspection and records.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>
<p>Ensure compliance with legal requirements</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Implement preventive maintenance plan till completion</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Complete electrical and instrument repairing in time according to site procedures and production priorities</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Analyse the equipment breakdown root causes and propose some improvement</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure up to date documentation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Responsible for external E&I contractors who work in the plant</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Ensure safe coordination and execution of all maintenance preventive or corrective activities performed by external contractor strictly following Company HSE guideline and policies</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Coordinates commissioning punch list clearance activities with project team groups</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Reports progress, performance, issues, and challenges to Pre?Commissioning, Commissioning & Start?Up (PCC&SU) Manager.</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong HSE awareness and commitment to site HSE policy is required.</p>
</li>
</ul>
